Callico Development Group began in early 2025 in Topeka, KS. It started when a realtor asked Colton to make repairs to a home that was waiting to pass inspection before completing its sale. However, its roots go back several years earlier to its parent company, CMC Investments, founded in 2020.
Our parent company began as a house flipping and rental business. We chose to specialize in buying some of the worst houses in an area and transforming them from rundown eyesores into some of the nicest homes in their neighborhoods.
Over the years and through numerous projects, we gained valuable skills—and far too many tools—to not start putting them to real use. The markets we currently serve are Topeka, Kansas; Lawrence, Kansas; Manhattan, Kansas; and the Kansas City area.
