2020 · CMC Investments
We started as a house flipping and rental business, tackling the roughest properties in each neighborhood and rebuilding them into homes people were proud to live in.
2025 · Callico Development Group
A Topeka realtor asked Colton to rescue a sale that was stuck at inspection, proving how valuable our hands-on skill set had become. Callico was born to offer that same problem-solving mindset to every client.
